An internationally published freelance writer, my passion for exploring cultures has led me on exciting writing adventures that allow me to tell people's stories.
One of my favorite projects was working with ColorsNW, an award-winning multicultural magazine, where I started as a freelancer and ended as the online Editor-in-Chief.
Specializing in long-form feature articles, my stories often highlight the people who are working to create strong communities. I also focus on travel, education, children, history and fashion.
I have also transferred these skills into helping businesses produce compelling website copy, blogs, press releases, white papers and social media posts that inspire action. My extensive client list spans the world, ranging from the Pacific NW and Deep South to the UK and Australia, and includes a wide array of small businesses, nonprofit organizations and Fortune 500 companies.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Seattle University with a minor in cross-cultural communication.
